I’m Sarah. I work with people navigating life transitions- whether moving from adolescence into young adulthood, shifting careers, reassessing goals, or adjusting to changes in family dynamics. My style is calm, intuitive, and client-centered, blending gentle guidance with honest, sometimes tough-love feedback when it’s needed. I aim to create a space where you feel safe to be yourself and fully heard.

I create a space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Together, we uncover your strengths, make sense of what’s happening in your life, and identify practical steps to move forward. Clients often describe feeling supported, guided, and more confident in their ability to navigate change, while experiencing a calm, grounding presence along the way.

I believe therapy works best when it’s collaborative, supportive, and human. I focus on building a trusting relationship, emphasizing your strengths over labels or diagnoses, and creating a safe space where difficult topics can be explored with both honesty and compassion. My goal is to help you gain insight, resilience, and confidence in your next steps.

Area of Focus and Interest:

  • Adolescents transitioning to young adulthood
  • Adults facing life or career transitions
  • Clients exploring identity and self-growth
  • Individuals with trauma or complex histories
  • Those seeking client-centered, strength-based therapy
  • Clients who value safety, empowerment, and intuitive guidance
  • People open to gentle honesty and humour in therapy

If you’re ready to explore who you are, navigate change, and feel truly seen along the way, I am here to guide you.

Outside of therapy, I recharge by spending time with my family and staying active. These moments of connection and movement help me bring balance, energy, and presence into my work with clients.

I’m Spring. I work with people who are ready to stop living on autopilot and start showing up in their own lives. Many of my clients are thoughtful, reflective women navigating self-doubt, burnout, ADHD, or the aftershocks of trauma, as well as men facing career stress, relationship struggles, or a sense that something’s missing.

Therapy with me is honest, collaborative, and full of real talk. I’m equal parts straight-shooter and gentle guide. I ask the hard questions, bring humour into heavy conversations when needed. I also lead a team of associate therapists, prioritizing emotional safety for everyone involved.

I believe therapy works best when it’s collaborative, supportive, sometimes challenging, and deeply human. I hold space for clients to explore, gain perspective, and find their own footing while staying accountable to what matters most. Integrity, authenticity, and connection are central to how I practice.

Areas of Focus and Interest - Trauma & PTSD - Young adults navigating life transitions and self-discovery - Women facing burnout, self-doubt, ADHD, body image, or binge eating - Men managing career stress, relationship struggles, or life transitions - Medical professionals and high performers under stress - Depression, grief, and relational challenges - Boundaries, self-esteem, and personal growth

If you’re ready to stop just powering through and start doing the deeper work, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you. Therapy is a place to find clarity, relief, and a sense of grounded purpose.

When I’m not in session, I love exploring pop culture, finding humour in everyday life, and seeking out moments that make the messy parts of life feel more human.

I’m Veronica. You’ve been holding it all together for everyone but yourself. Maybe you’re the helper, the one others rely on, a medical professional, a caregiver, someone who’s been through hard things and just kept going. You’ve carried stress, pain, or injustice quietly for a long time. You’re strong, but tired. I work with people who are ready for something different. My style is warm, honest, and direct- I stay with you through the hard stuff, helping you see what’s real and find your own clarity.

I support people who want lasting change, not a quick fix. You don’t need a “big” problem to start therapy; you just need the willingness to look inward, face what’s uncomfortable, and explore what’s holding you back.

I believe therapy is collaborative, supportive, and sometimes challenging. We’ll navigate messy feelings together, explore old patterns, and uncover insights that can shift how you see yourself. Humour sometimes softens the edges when life feels heavy, and honesty is always at the core of our work.

Areas of Focus and Interest - Medical professionals, trauma survivors, and those impacted by injustice - Children and teens facing emotional dysregulation, bullying, or parent-child conflict - Caregivers navigating child behaviour challenges - Young adults and international students - Grief, loss, and trauma - Discrimination and other forms of injustice - Self-harm and suicidal thoughts

Some of the most powerful moments in therapy happen when something clicks, when you start to see yourself differently, and at the end, when you look back and realize just how far you’ve come. If you’re ready to get honest, feel more like yourself again, and move forward, I’d be honoured to support you.

Outside of therapy, I recharge by spending time with my family, taking mini-vacations, and exploring new experiences like city trips, unique events, and delicious food.

Hi there, I’m Nelly.

Maybe you’ve been asking yourself this - your turn to rest, to be seen, to feel enough. You’re not looking for a quick fix, but for something deeper that makes sense of the restlessness you’ve been carrying.

I work with women who are ready (or just curious) to explore what’s beneath the surface. Together we look at the patterns that keep you stuck and begin to reconnect you with your body, your nervous system, and your voice. My approach blends trauma-informed counselling, somatic practices, spiritual wisdom, and evidence-based tools. Sometimes I’ll guide gently, and sometimes I’ll name the truth you’ve been avoiding - always meeting you as a whole human, not a diagnosis.

Areas of Focus and Interest

  • Anxiety
  • Burnout
  • Postpartum depression
  • ADHD (women)
  • Life transitions (divorce, career, spiritual)
  • First-generation / cultural identity concerns
  • People-pleasing and perfectionism
  • Boundary difficulties
  • Inner child and ancestral trauma
  • Spiritual crises

Clients often describe our work as both grounding and freeing - a space where they can finally laugh, cry, and breathe without judgment.

If you’re ready to come home to yourself - your worth, your rest, your wholeness - I’d be honored to walk with you.

I’m Joel. I work with people who are ready to meet the unknown with courage and curiosity. My style is heartfelt and direct. I won’t gloss over the hard stuff — we’ll talk truthfully about what’s happening, even when it’s uncomfortable. That’s often where healing begins. I’ll offer honest reflections, always with empathy and respect, to help you make sense of what you’re feeling and why.

I draw on both intuition and insight to uncover what’s unspoken in your story. With over five years of experience, from community health teams to private practice, I’ve supported people through grief, disordered eating, men’s issues, and tangled relationship dynamics. My training in Gestalt therapy and embodied approaches helps us work with your whole self, not just your thoughts, because our bodies often hold what words can’t.

I see therapy as a collaborative journey. I’ll hold space for your truths and gently challenge you when growth calls for it. And yes, there will be room for humour too, sometimes, laughter is the light that gets us through.

Area of Focus and Interest:

  • Individuals, young adults, adults and seniors
  • Life transitions (career changes, breakups, loss)

If you’re ready to explore who you are beneath the noise, to reclaim your agency, and move toward clarity and meaning, let’s begin. Reach out and let’s talk about how I can support you.

Outside of therapy, I find grounding in simple things: cooking with loved ones, getting lost in nature, or laughing at life’s absurdity. These moments remind me of the beauty in impermanence.

I’m Kristen. I work with people who feel stuck in old patterns, weighed down by sadness, or pulled in different directions by emotions or identities that don’t quite fit together. Many of my clients are tired of repeating the same cycles but aren’t sure how to change them. My style is collaborative and grounded - I bring curiosity, compassion, and a touch of humour when it helps lighten what feels heavy.

In sessions, I focus on helping you make sense of what feels overwhelming and untangle the patterns that keep you stuck. Together, we’ll explore both the challenges and the strengths you bring into the room, creating space for clarity, resilience, and change. With years of experience in providing both crisis support and ongoing counselling, I’ve seen how important it is to feel truly understood and supported.

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real human connection. That means showing up with empathy, honesty, and sometimes a gentle challenge when it can help you grow. My role isn’t to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as you deepen your understanding of yourself and learn new ways to navigate life.

Areas of Focus and Interest

  • Depression, Dysthymia and low mood
  • Anxiety, Health Anxiety and Anxiety Disorders
  • Emotional Awareness difficulties
  • Abuse and sexual violence survivors

  • Chronic Illness, Disabilities and Health Struggles

If you’re ready to take the next step and want someone who will listen deeply, support you fully, and encourage you when things feel hard, I’d be honoured to work with you.

Outside of therapy, I find joy in simple things: connecting with friends, gaming, and rewatching Fleabag (yes, even for the 800th time). These moments remind me of the humour and humanity we all need along the way.
